Start with the final Hong Kong stop

Use the Airport / Tung Chung group when the journey finishes at Hong Kong International Airport or Tung Chung. Use the Kowloon / New Territories group for an address in those areas. Crossing the same bridge does not make the remaining journey identical. Include any intermediate drop-off or passenger collection in your request.

For example, Gongbei / central Xiangzhou to the airport or Tung Chung starts from RMB 900, approximately HKD 1,050. The corresponding Kowloon / New Territories starting fare is RMB 1,000, approximately HKD 1,160. These are vehicle fares. Hong Kong Island or Sai Kung destinations require the relevant group’s supplement to be checked.

Match the Zhuhai pickup to its own band

For the Airport / Tung Chung group, Hengqin / Tangjia Bay starts at RMB 1,000, approximately HKD 1,160. Jinwan / central Doumen starts at RMB 1,100, approximately HKD 1,280. Include a hotel or residential map pin so the operator can identify the applicable row.

Separate fare areas cover the artificial island, the Doumen Lake area / Imperial Hot Spring / Zhuhai Airport, and Gaolan Port / Ocean Spring Resort. An exact address still needs confirmation. HKD values use the website’s planning conversion, rather than a live exchange rate. Ask for additional stops, special services and unlisted journeys to be priced explicitly.

Plan baggage and passenger checks together

The HZMB Hong Kong Port operates 24 hours, but that does not establish the duration of your journey. Passengers need the appropriate travel documents, while the vehicle needs its applicable permissions. Describe large bags, strollers and assistance needs before booking so space and arrangements can be checked.

Follow officers’ instructions for document and baggage checks and confirm where to meet the driver afterwards. Macau appears in the bridge’s name, but a Guangdong–Hong Kong quote does not automatically cover a Macau hotel. An itinerary involving Macao requires separate route, vehicle and price confirmation.

Make the written quote match real entrances

Large resorts can contain several hotels and vehicle entrances. Supply the full property name, map pin and usable pickup or drop-off point. For an airport departure, include the flight date, number and required airport arrival time. The aircraft’s departure time is too late to serve as the car’s arrival deadline.

Check the reply for pickup zone, final Hong Kong address, bridge routing, date, passengers, luggage, stops and the confirmed total with its settlement currency. Request an update after any change. Keep that written itinerary available so you and the driver use the same details on the day.
